What have I reading lately?
I’ve really been diving into antioxidants lately, specifically NAC. We all know that antioxidants are beneficial for egg and sperm health, but I’ve wanted to dive in deeper to understand exactly what is going on that makes such a difference.

Berries are often hallmarked for their antioxidant content. I almost always have wild blueberries and mixed berries in the freezer. They can easily be tossed into a smoothie or enjoyed as is. (Frozen raspberries are one of my favorite treats for when I crave something sweet!)
