“One of the most simple changes to your diet you can make to improve fertility and egg quality is increasing your protein intake. This is not only because protein is so important and many women aren't eating enough if it, but also because there are a lot of positive downstream effects of increase protein intake. By increasing protein, you are very likely increasing many micronutrients that are vital to fertility such as zinc, glycine, choline, DHA, iron, vitamin A, and vitamin B12. Focusing on protein will also help improve your blood sugar balance throughout the day which can greatly improve fertility. Make sure each meal has a good protein source such as red meat, poultry, fish, shellfish, eggs, and dairy.” Read more here.
