Tip of the Week

Folate is a vitamin that is vital for hormone regulation, reduces the risk of neural tube defects in babies, and also supports proper detoxification. Try to fit in at least two servings of folate-rich foods each day this week! Make a daily smoothie? You can add in two servings of folate-rich greens and knock out this challenge first thing in the morning!
