Expert Advice

“When it comes to cycle tracking and fertility awareness, mindset is so foundational! There is no such thing as a ‘perfect cycle’ and you’ll find plenty of variation within what is considered normal. Taking the time to understand your own unique cycle will provide a wealth of information and insight into your body’s blueprint. Let go of perfection and be gentle with yourself during the process. If symptoms crop up, get curious and ask yourself, ‘what is my body in its wisdom trying to tell me?’ It is difficult to hold space for the healing journey, but I’ve found that the healthiest people have a healthy relationship with process.”
